    • “The standout of the first electric set is “Watching the River Flow.” Dylan only played the song three times in 1989, and the last was this exuberant performance in Cincinnati. He sings the words so quickly that, if you’re not already familiar with the lyrics, you’re unlikely to understand half of what he’s slurring and slinging.
