The CD is a promo with a small sticker in Japanese on the clear centre, but there is no promo indication on the inserts. Thanks to Wil Gielen for finding a copy with the "Vanguard Folk Revival 20" obi on the Internet. The album was re-released in Japan in 1994. Peter Oudejans' copy is missing its obi.

The release date was 22 May 1998, the withdrawal date was 21 May 2000 and the obi price was ¥2,200 (¥2,095 plus sales tax). More scans required!

CSK 73326 (USA) - front scan by David Plentus |
R-0362 Most Of The Time - radio edit of 1989 Oh Mercy
version (3:55) This is actually different from the audio of the Oh Mercy promo video (5:50), see VHS & DVD 1990-94. For a Sony Music Canada VHS promo video compilation with the full 5:50 version of Most Of The Time, see VHS & DVD 1995-99. |
CSK 73326 (USA) - rear scan by David Plentus |
Anders Lindh says that R-0209 uses an edited version of the same instrumental take as the longer promo video with intro and fade-out removed, but has an almost entirely different vocal take with all four verses. For a 1990 Columbia Records Video VHS compilation containing a 4:47 edit of the 5:45 promo video, also see VHS & DVD 1990-94 (Verse 2 is missing from this edited video). This promo single also contained the complete 1989 Oh Mercy version (5:01).
Thanks to Stuart Sonshine for correcting the recording date. Thanks to David Plentus, André Wilbers, T. J. Jenkins, Carsten Bauman and Anders Lindh for information and scans.
