This page lists mono releases of this regular Bob Dylan album. These LPs were
listed here because the mono versions of Dylan songs were
unavailable on CD until the release of the first eight Dylan albums in mono as
The Original Mono Recordings in 2010. Mono LPs with rare tracks (e.g. mono versions with
significant differences from the album tracks, such as different mixes, edits or
fades) are listed in the main chronological pages. Mono singles up to 1976 have their
own pages, see the links above. Thanks to David Burgess for the UK catalogue numbers - all my mono LPs were stolen when my Manchester flat was burgled in May 1968! For stereo releases of this album, see International Album Releases (Regular). |
If you have any entries to add to the list or additions/corrections to existing entries, please let me know! Please note I cannot value your Dylan rarities - see the Mission page for reasons why. Contact the dealers on my Trading page for assistance!

Vinyl Releases
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - promo mono vinyl LP, Columbia CL 2105 (USA), Dec 1963:
The white label promo album shown has the words "RADIO STATION COPY - NOT FOR RESALE" on the labels below the title. The record has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP-75526-1F, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1G. Manuel García Jara has a commercial copy without the front timing strip and the rear play log on the sleeve, which also has a "3" on the rear in the same position. This record has commercial "Guaranteed High Fidelity" labels as below but with the same matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP-75526-1F, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1G.
Thanks to Gerd Rundel and Manuel García Jara for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP, Columbia CL 2105 (USA),
10 Feb
1964, re-released 1965 and 1967-68:
10 Feb 1964 is the release date given by bobdylan.com, Brian Hinton's 2006
book "Bob Dylan Album File & Complete Discography" (Cassell
Illustrated), dates it as 13 Jan 1964.
CL 2105 (USA, mono), first release, 1964:
The matrix numbers of the first mono pressings were Side 1 - XLP-75526-1A, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1A - subsequent pressings were 1B, 1C, etc. Manuel García Jara has a copy of the first commercial release with a demonstration sticker on Side 2 that reads "FOR DEMONSTRATION USE ONLY/... FOR SALE". "NOT FOR SALE" would be expected, and the text is aligned as if the word "NOT" should be present, however there is no sign on the sticker that it was originally present and has been erased. This copy has "1B" matrix numbers. Gerd Rundel's first release copy shown has stamped matrix numbers Side 1 - XLP-75526-1A, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1B. Hans Seegers' rear sleeve has a "3" in the bottom right hand corner, Gerd Rundel's copy has an "8" in a similar position. Both were made by Modern Album Finishing Co., probably at Terre Haute, IN.
CL 2105 (USA, mono), second release, 1965:
Sergio Magnacca from Argentina has a copy with the "Guaranteed High Fidelity" label in the second sleeve, and Roger Sarao has one with matrix numbers Side 1 - XLP-75526-1B, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1B. Renaud Depierreux has a copy with the rear sleeve with both mono and stereo catalogue numbers with matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP-75526-1L, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1AC. Like the copy mentioned above, there is a "1" in the bottom right hand corner of the sleeve. Stuart Leitch has a copy with the second release labels and the mono/stereo sleeve, again with a "1" in the bottom right hand corner of the sleeve.
CL 2105 (USA, mono), third release, ca. 1968:
Paul Bridgman has what must be a third release copy in the stereo/mono sleeve as shown. The rear sleeve has an "A" at bottom right, which indicates it was manufactured by Columbia itself at Terre Haute, IN, in the late 1960s. The record of this copy comes in a clear plastic tear-off bag and has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP-75526-1H, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1G. The front sleeve has a partially removed sticker for $2.87.
Thanks to Hans Seegers, Gerd Rundel, Manuel García Jara, Ulf Gyllenspetz, Anders Ydremark, Sergio Magnacca, Renaud Depierreux and Stuart Leitch for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP release, Columbia/CBS CL 2105 (USA for export), 1964:
This US copy was exported to Singapore. "Columbia" is obscured on the front sleeve, while the rear sleeve has a "CBS" label. The rear sleeve has both mono and stereo catalogue numbers at top right and a "1" in the bottom right hand corner, so it was fabricated by Modern Album Finishing Co., Terre Haute, IN. The record labels including "NONBREAKABLE" have red ring-shaped stickers with three "CBS" logos and "GUARANTEED HIGH FIDELITY". The Side 2 label has been partly removed. The first release matrix numbers are: Side 1 - XLP -75526-1A, Side 2 - XLP -75527-1A.
Thanks to Lars M. Banke for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP releases, Columbia/CBS CL 2105 (USA for export), 1965:
Michel Pomarede has found a second copy with "CBS" stickers on the front and rear sleeves and record labels in France. The sleeve is the same as that of the first copy, with both mono and stereo catalogue numbers at top right and a "1" in the bottom right hand corner of the rear. It has one "CBS" sticker on the front and three on the rear, including a "CBS" sticker at bottom left where the first sleeve just has "Columbia" obscured. The record labels including "NONBREAKABLE" have red ring-shaped stickers with four "CBS" logos.
Thanks to Lars M. Banke and Michel Pomarede for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - 180gm mono vinyl LP reissue, Sundazed/Columbia LP 5108 (USA), Aug 2001, re-released 2014:
Thanks to Anthony Perry, Patrick Helfrich and Gerd Rundel for information and scans.

This heavyweight vinyl mono release is part of the LP version of the 2010 9LP set The Original Mono Recordings, see International Album Releases (Multi-Packs) 2010s, sold separately. The record labels reproduce the style of the original 1964 mono labels. As well as "CL 2105" the record sides are also numbered "88697761051-3A/B". |

This album was also sold in Europe by the Dutch company Music On Vinyl as MOVLP 241. The copy shown has a gold Music On Vinyl sticker on the front sleeve and a white sticker with a barcode on the rear sleeve at bottom right. The rear sleeve of Ronald Born's copy has a "1" at bottom right. This indicates that the original 1962 sleeve that has been reproduced was fabricated by Modern Album Finishing Co., Terre Haute, IN. The record in the Dutch release is the same as that in the US release.
Music On Vinyl MOVLP 241 (NL) was the version of the album used for the 2017 French mono release on clear vinyl, see below.
Thanks to Manuel García Jara and Ronald Born for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP release, Columbia CL 2105 (Canada), Feb 1964:
Columbia CL 2105 (Canada) - detail of rear, scan by Gerd
Rundel
The Canadian mono release sleeve has the mono catalogue number at front top left and rear top right. The country where the sleeve was printed is not shown, but the text "PRINTED IN USA" on the US sleeve is missing at rear bottom right (see US examples above). The album comes with the poem insert. The record was made in Canada and has “Guaranteed High Fidelity” labels. The copy shown has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP-75526-1J, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1AA.
Thanks to Gerd Rundel for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP releases, CBS BPG 62251 (UK), May 1964:
The UK rear sleeve not only has no track times, but also short-changes the UK record-buying public by showing only "4 Outlined Epitaphs"! The rear sleeve showed poems 1, 2, 7 and 8, and there was no insert as with the US release. UK fans had to wait until the publication of the book "Writings And Drawings" in 1974 to get the full eleven. All these records have orange CBS labels.
CBS BPG 62251 (UK), May 1964 (copies made by Philips):
CBS BPG 62251 (UK) - detail of rear, scan by Gerd Rundel (copy manufactured by
Philips variant 1 without folded-over flaps - bottom text on left and right)
CBS BPG 62251 (UK) - detail of rear, scan by Gerd Rundel (copy manufactured by
Philips variant 2 with folded-over flaps - bottom text on left and right)
Jakob Gerber's copy has hard-to-read Philips-style matrix numbers that look like: Side 1 - BPG 62251 L V 1=420 10 9, Side 2 - BPG 62251 2L V 1 420 011 10. These Philips matrix numbers have an inverted triangle symbol which I show as "V". Jakob's record labels unexpectedly have "(P) 1964", not "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1964". Ewan Gee has a copy made by Philips with "SAMPLE Not for Sale" rubber stamped on the Side 1 record label. These labels have "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1964" as expected. The Philips rear sleeve has the mono US catalogue number "CL 2105" under the UK catalogue number "BPG 62251" at top right, missing from the CBS rear sleeve. However, Kimmo Niemi's Philips-made copy has the US stereo number "CS 8905" under "BPG 62251" - this was a mistake which must have been corrected. Gerd Rundel has a copy with this sleeve, which I have called "variant 2". This sleeve has three folded-over flaps on the rear.
CBS BPG 62251 (UK), May 1964 (copies made by CBS):
CBS BPG 62251 (UK) - detail of rear, scan by Hans
Seegers (CBS copy with folded-over flaps
- bottom text on left only)
I have details of three 1964 record label variants:
Pressing ring inside the CBS logo and song titles more widely spaced - the sleeve is as shown
Pressing ring overlapping the CBS logo and song titles more narrowly spaced - the sleeve of the copy shown is the same as Gerd's Philips variant 2 sleeve above
Pressing ring overlapping the CBS logo and song titles more widely spaced except for "(Bob Dylan)" at bottom - the sleeve of the copy shown is the same as Gerd's "alternate CBS copy" below
Lars M. Banke has a UK mono pressing. Unfortunately the sleeve is in very poor condition. This copy looks like a combination of some of the ones already on the website:
However, the sleeve looks more like the 1966 sleeve below printed by Dawson Rossiter Ltd., with three folded-over flaps, CBS copyright information, and no UK or US catalogue numbers on the rear sleeve at top right to the left of the CBS logo, just "62251" below the logo.
CBS BPG 62251 (UK) - detail of rear (alternate CBS copy
- "Dawson Rossiter Ltd." printer information at bottom right, no CBS
copyright information above, my copy)
I also have a copy of this variant, with both labels in the CBS style. It has a price sticker of "32/8" on the rear sleeve (£1.63 today). My record comes in an authentic CBS picture inner sleeve, although it dates from 1966, and includes an illustration of Blonde On Blonde on the front. The labels of both records, Gerd's and mine, have the pressing ring overlapping the CBS logo. On the CBS labels and Philips labels from Hans Seegers and Arie de Reus above the pressing ring is smaller and inside the CBS logo. The record of Gerd's copy has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - 62251-A-2, Side 2 - 62251-B-2. The record of my copy has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - 62251-3A-1, Side 2 - 62251 B. Peter Oudejans has a copy that has a "33⅓" Philips label on Side 1 as below, and a "33" CBS label on Side 2. The record of this copy has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - BPG 62251 1L-A-1=420BPG 62251 2L-A-1=420 (Philips), Side 2 - 62251 A162251 B-2 (CBS).
The
playing speed on all the above record labels is just "33".
The record labels are also unique, the playing speed to the
left of the centre hole is now "33⅓",
in the same type face as the "33" on the labels immediately above, different
from the "33⅓"
on the 1969 labels below. The "MONO" plus arrows to the left of the centre hole
are not yet present. The matrix numbers to the right of the centre hole are
Philips style - "BPG-62251.1L" and "BPG-62251.2L".
Peter Oudejans has a copy with the same Side 1 label as shown but where the Side
2 label still has "33" as above. He has a second copy with the same Side 2 label
but with a CBS label in Side 1, stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - 62251
A162251 B-1 (Philips), Side 2 - 62251 A162251 B-2.
CBS BPG 62251 (UK) - detail of front with two overprinted rectangles, scan by
Gerd Rundel (1969 release)
CBS BPG 62251 (UK) - detail of rear, scan by Gerd Rundel (1969 release -
"Shorewood Packaging Co. Ltd." on left, CBS copyright information on
right)
The rear sleeve has catalogue number “62251” below CBS logo on top right, and the bottom rear has “SHOREPAK by Shorewood Packaging Co. Ltd.” printed on the left and copyright info printed on the right.
The inner sleeve is from 1969 and has an illustration of Nashville Skyline on the front. The record has orange CBS labels with playing speed "33⅓" in small type, not the same as the 1966 labels, and "MONO" plus arrows to the left of the centre hole, a style only used for the first time with the mono release of Nashville Skyline. Unusually, the matrix numbers to the right of the centre hole are printed in Philips style - "BPG-62251.1L" and "BPG-62251.2L". The record of this copy has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - 62251 A4, Side 2 - M 62251 B3.
Thanks to Hans Seegers, Arie de Reus, Gerd Rundel, Kimmo Niemi, Peter Oudejans
and Lars M. Banke for information and pictures - I actually bought
the mono version of this album three times, the first copy was
lent to a friend and scratched, the second copy was stolen in May 1968.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP
releases,
CBS 62251
(NL), Sep 1965
onwards:
Tom Willems puts the release date as after 17
Sep 1965. It was released in Holland at the same time as the mono releases of
Subterranean Homesick Blues [Bringing It All Back Home] and
Highway 61 Revisited. Manuel García Jara has a purchase date of 25 Oct 1965.
CBS 62251 (NL) - detail of rear, photo by
Hilda Fernhout (all releases)
Simon Blokker has a variant of the first release where track 5, North Country Blues, is wrongly listed as track 6. Hans Seegers tells me this was a well-known mistake and such copies are not rare in Holland. Simon also has several copies of the first release with "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1965" on the record labels. On three of them the labels are slightly different because the space between "XLP 75527" and "RECORDING..." is different and both texts differ in their positioning on the label. The printing on the right side of the label is also differently situated. Simon also has a first release variant where the symbols to the right of the centre hole are reversed - "BIEM" is on the left in a thicker box. On the other first release labels and on the second release labels "BIEM" is on the right in a thin box. Lars M. Banke summarises the releases and variants as follows:

" "Mister" Bob Dylan [The Times They Are A-Changin']" - mono vinyl LP, CBS 62 251 (France), 1965:
This is the French mono version of The Times They Are A-Changin',
like The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan French release (En Roue Libre) with a new title! Arie de Reus has a test pressing of
this album on two discs with classical music on the reverse of each disc. This test
pressing has blank labels, so a scan would be pointless. As far as I know there
was no French stereo release of this album.
CBS 62 251 (France) - spine scan by Sergio Mariano Romay
(all releases)
Hans Seegers adds:
"This cover comes in two variants:
1) gatefold cardboard sleeve not laminated with the LP entrances on the outside (with two variants - see below)
2) gatefold paper sleeve laminated on the outside with the LP entrances on the inside. This is a second edition released in the same year (with three variants - see below)."

(first release printed by J. Colombet)
CBS 62 251 (France) - detail of rear of gatefold sleeve, scan by Sergio
Mariano Romay
(alternate first release - different printer details now printed
vertically on left, see above)
Sergio Mariano Romay has what he believes is an alternate first release with the front sleeve as the other releases. It has a gatefold sleeve made of strong cardboard, not laminated, with the LP entrances on the outside. On the rear sleeve, the logo of the printer, J. Colombet of Paris, beneath the Barbra Streisand "EP 5919" record information is missing. The printer is now "SCHNEIDER Fres ET MARY, LEVALLOIS" (a commune in the northwestern suburbs of Paris). The printer's name is printed vertically at rear bottom left, in very small and almost illegible type. The record has orange CBS labels, the only difference being that the French matrix numbers "XPARTX 55809" on Side 1 and "XPARTX 55810" on Side 2 to the right of the centre hole underneath the US matrix numbers have lost their brackets. The records of this copy has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP 75526 XPARTX 55809 21 M6 241777, Side 2 - XLP 75520 ("0"crossed and "7" stamped further up) XPARTX 55810 21 M6 241778.

Colombet)
CBS 62 251 (France) - detail of rear of gatefold sleeve, scan by Dr. Hanns Peter Bushoff
(second release, second variant, larger J. Colombet logo)
Dr. Hanns Peter Bushoff has two copies with the second variant sleeve (laminated on the outside, LP openings on the inside) - the only difference is the size of the logo of the printer, J. Colombet of Paris, beneath the Barbra Streisand "EP 5919" record information. Simon Blokker has a copy of this variant with the larger J. Colombet logo where the rear sleeve has a "U" in a circle next to the CBS logo, missing from all other sleeve variants.
Thanks to Hans Seegers, Raoul Verolleman, Dr. Hanns Peter Bushoff and Sergio Mariano Romay for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP, Columbia/Legacy/Sony Music 88985439111 (France), released in association with French record store chain FNAC, 16 Jun 2017:
Columbia/Legacy/Sony Music 88985439111 (France) - detail of rear (2016 date,
Sony Music logo on left,
Gütersloh, Germany, address in centre, "Made in the
EU",
barcode sticker "88985439111" on right, "88985344321"
printed on sleeve)
Thanks to Éamonn Ó Catháin for information that the French record store chain FNAC has released a second mono Bob Dylan album on coloured vinyl, this time The Times They Are A-Changin' on clear vinyl (although advertised as white). This is a limited edition of 1000 copies, and this time the record plays the right album! (The first mono FNAC release in Mar 2017 was Highway 61 Revisited, which actually played Bringing it All Back Home!)
The 2010 Dutch release Music On Vinyl MOVLP 241 (NL) above was the version of the album used for this clear vinyl release. The rear sleeve and the rear of the insert have the previous catalogue number "88985344321". The record has red Columbia US mono labels, reproducing the style of the original 1965 mono labels. Both the rear sleeve and the record labels are dated 2016. The record of my copy has matrix numbers: Side 1 - 88697761051-LP3-A (handwritten) 88014-1A MOVLP 241 (stamped), Side 2 - 88697761051-LP3-B (handwritten) 88014-1B MOVLP 241 (stamped). "STERLING" is also stamped on both sides plus "RKS" handwritten. This means the album was mastered at Sterling Sound, Edgewater, NJ, by their chief engineer Ryan K. Smith. Because of the clear vinyl these numbers are hard to read because the numbers on both sides overlap each other when the record is held up to a light source.
Thanks to Éamonn Ó Catháin for information and the album. Thanks also to Éamonn Ó Catháin for news that www.amazon.fr in April 2018 are advertising this album, again as on white vinyl, although FNAC now advertise it as transparent. I suspect they are one and the same.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP, CBS 62251 (Israel), 1965(?):
The sleeve was made in Israel. The number "149" is printed vertically on the rear sleeve at bottom right. There is a double-sided insert completing the "11 Outlined Epitaphs". The record was made in Israel and has orange CBS labels. The copy shown has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - XLP-75526-1AB, Side 2 - XLP-75527-1AJ.
Thanks to Gerd Rundel for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP,
CBS BP-233107 (Australia),
1965:
The stereo version of this album was CBS SBP-233107.
Stuart Moore's second release copy has the same front sleeve but a different rear sleeve with both mono and stereo catalogue numbers at top right. The records have a slightly larger "Allan's" logo, "33⅓" in a different type face, and the text below the central CBS logo is printed higher.
All the record labels shown have round the circumference at the bottom the text "MADE IN AUSTRALIA BY A REGISTERED USER OF THE TRADE MARKS" without a CBS copyright. This is because up to 1977 all Australian records were manufactured by the Australian Record Company (Pty) Ltd. (A.R.C.) on behalf of CBS.
Thanks to Hans Seegers, Stuart Moore and Lars M. Banke for information and scans.

1965, re-released 1968:

the early 1970s. Was there an earlier stereo album CBS SBP-473096, released
around 1967?
CBS BP-473096 (New Zealand) - front scan by Hans Seegers (1965 release) |
Like other New Zealand Dylan album releases of this period, the 1965 front sleeve has a white border. The sleeve was printed in New Zealand by Whitcomb and Tombs Limited and this copy has a Begg's sticker on the rear. Thanks to Bill Hester for information that Begg's was a long-established chain of music stores in New Zealand - one store remains in Christchurch but it doesn't sell records or CDs these days. The record has orange CBS labels with the additional logo of Allan's, the then local distributor in Australia and New Zealand. There was an insert like the US release. |

Phoenix C from New Zealand has found a second release online. This version has a non-laminated sleeve with three fold-over flaps on the rear. It includes a double-sided insert with Bob's poems. The pressing ring on the record labels is much deeper than on the original 1965 pressing. From his experience, the deep label ring and sleeve manufacturing style suggests it to be an early 1968 repressing similar to original New Zealand pressings of Leonard Cohen's 1968 debut and "The Graduate" soundtrack, also 1968.
Thanks to Hans Seegers, Bill Hester and Phoenix C for information and pictures.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP releases, CBS ALD 6814 (South Africa/Rhodesia), 1965:
Thanks to Hans Seegers for information and scans of this rare South African version of The Times They Are A-Changin' which has a variant track list. Side 1 has six songs instead of five because With God On Our Side was banned in apartheid South Africa and removed from the LP. It is still listed on the front sleeve, but not on the rear sleeve or record labels. It was replaced by Motorpsycho Nitemare and It Ain't Me, Babe from Another Side Of Bob Dylan, which had not been released in South Africa. The sleeve is laminated on the front only and was printed in South Africa by Record Pac. Lars M. Banke notes that almost all the timings listed on the sleeve of the South African mono pressing differ – with a few seconds – compared to the timings on the US original.
Thanks also to Alan Galley from New Zealand for drawing my attention to
this album. The Times They Are A-Changin' was re-released in stereo
in South Africa in 1972 with the original track list, see
International Album
Releases (Regular). Thanks also to Gerd Rundel and Manuel García Jara for
submitting detail scans at the same time. Gerd's and Manuel's copies both have
handwritten matrix numbers, slightly different: Side 1 - ABC 25214 (both); Side 2 - ABC-25215 (Manuel)/ABC
25215 (Gerd - no dash).
Thanks to Hans Seegers, Alan Galley, Manuel García Jara, Gerd Rundel and Simon Blokker for information and scans.
"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono vinyl LP,
CBS 62251
(Italy), 1966, re-released
late 1960s, 1970, early 1970s, 1975 and 1978:
This mono album was released in Italy four times between 1966 and 1978. The
1976 and 1978 Italian releases are very unusual in that they are mono albums
with 1970s style orange/yellow record labels. For some reason
there never was a stereo release on vinyl in Italy.

The line on the right of the rear sleeve is the end of the laminate, which wraps round from the front. The late 1960s, 1970 and early 1970s sleeves are identical. The sleeves were printed in Italy by Stampa Reparto Grafico C.G.D.
The record of the 1966 release was made in Italy and has orange CBS labels. The album title and "BOB DYLAN" are above the centre CBS logo. The text at the bottom of the labels is "MADE IN ITALY - MARCHIO REG. N. 156583", and the matrix numbers to the right of the centre hole are printed upside down. The matrix numbers of Giuseppe Orlandi's first 1966 copy are: Side 1 - 26/3/66 CBS 62251 1L/2, Side 2 - 26/3/66 CBS 62251 2L/2 (presumably 26 Mar 1966 was the date the masters were made).
The late 1960s record shown again has orange CBS labels with the album title and "BOB DYLAN" below the centre CBS logo. The bottom text is now just "MADE IN ITALY". To the right of the centre hole the matrix numbers are now the right way up. The record of the copy shown now has matrix numbers: Side 1: 26/3/1966 CBS 62251 1L/2, Side 2: 26/3/1966 CBS 62251 2L/3.
Manuel García Jara's 1970 record (not shown) also has orange CBS labels and this time new matrix numbers: Side 1: 26/3/1966 CBS 62251 1L/2, Side 2: 6/11/1970 CI 62251 2L/3 (presumably 26 Mar 1966 and 6 Nov 1970 were the dates the Side 1 and new Side 2 masters were made). The 1970 record had the generic CBS Italy inner sleeve shown, but the earlier records had no inner picture sleeve.
Lars M. Banke has an early 1970s copy in the same sleeve, now again without a printed inner sleeve. The labels now have "MADE IN ITALY BY CBS SUGAR S.p.A." in the circumference text at top right, not at the bottom as before. The record of this copy again has new stamped matrix numbers: Side 1 - CL 62251 1L 6/11/70, Side 2 - CL 62251 2L/3 6/11/70 (this time 6 Nov 1970 must be the mastering date for both sides).

"The Times They Are A-Changin'" - mono hybrid SA-CD release, Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs MFSL UDSACD 2179 (USA), 2016:
This limited edition hybrid SA-CD mono release of this album is the first time the mono version has been remastered in audiophile quality. It is therefore also listed in 2016. The disc itself was made in Austria, as stated on the rear of the card sleeve.
The copy owned by André Wilbers has a Mobile Fidelity sticker on the rear of the card sleeve. Gerd Rundel has a second copy with this sticker on the front of the card sleeve, as well as an "SIAE" copyright sticker on the rear for sale in Italy. This copy has had the limited edition number on the rear sleeve obscured. This SA-CD looks different because the non-black part is silver while on Andre`s copy it looks golden.
For the Mobile Fidelity 2013 stereo SA-CD release, see International Album Releases (Regular).
Thanks to André Wilbers and Gerd Rundel for information and scans.
