This is a separate multi-year list by release date of commercially-released Various Artist stereo compilation albums released in 2019 that have been referred to me but do not qualify for my Searching For A Gem list because they contain only Bob Dylan performances which are available on officially released Dylan albums. Nevertheless, their interest value or scarcity means they're worth listing here - as far as I know some are not included on any other Internet site. Promo-only Various Artist compilation albums with Dylan tracks are now included in this list. Other International Albums and Compilations are now here:

The track is The Lonesome Death Of Hattie Carroll from Boston Music Hall, 21 Nov 1975. As the performance from the evening show was released in 2002 on The Bootleg Series Vol. 5: Live 1975 - The Rolling Thunder Revue, this must be the performance from the afternoon show (Disc 8, track 3 of the 14CD set). As this is a rarity, details are also in 2019.
The CD comes in a card sleeve and includes a cover of Most Likely You Go Your Way (And I'll Go Mine) by Margo Price plus tracks from artists including Courtney Barnett, Jason Isbell and Hiss Golden Messenger.

This 2LP set exclusive to UK supermarket Sainsburys is a co-production between Universal (UMC) and Sony Music and contains 31 hits from the 1970s, all singles versions. It includes a Dylan rarity, the radio edit/single release of Changing Of The Guards from Street-Legal, so is included in 2019. For details of the original single releases with album track New Pony as the B-side, see 1978. There are corresponding 60s and 80s 2LP sets in this series, but these do not include Dylan. The 2LP set comes in a wide sleeve, not gatefold, and Bob's contribution is on Side 3. |

It also includes You Ain't Goin' Nowhere by The Byrds (CD3, track 13). The 5CD set comes in a slipcase with a five panel card sleeve and a 68-page book. Thanks to Ian Woodward and Jack from Canada for information that the photo from the book shown below is of Bob with Doug Kershaw and was was taken by Al Clayton in Nashville, TN. It's captioned as having been taken during the Nashville Skyline sessions in February 1969 but is actually from a later session for what became the Self Portrait album, on which Kershaw is credited. |

Bob's album Christmas In The Heart appeared in 2009, and tracks from it have been selected for Christmas compilations ever since!

Compilations with Out of Copyright Tracks
Sony let the copyright to the 1962 releases of Bob Dylan and Bob's first single Mixed Up Confusion expire in 2012. This has led to many budget record labels releasing unauthorised editions of Bob Dylan or including tracks from the album on compilations without authorisation. These are now listed separately from the other Various Artists Compilations. Sony has of course rectified this situation by renewing the copyrights of the albums from The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan onwards, and with the limited edition 50th Anniversary Collection releases from 1962 onwards.

This probably unofficial French vinyl compilation contains Highway 51
from Bob Dylan, titled incorrectly as "Highway 51 Blues",
and now out of copyright. This is of
course out of place for two reasons: firstly because it was recorded seven
years before the Woodstock Festival in 1969, and secondly because Bob did
not appear at Woodstock (even though its location was intended to tempt him
